MCNA would like to share important information about Texas Health Steps dental preventive benefit changes effective September 1, 2023. We encourage you to review our provider bulletin, which contains full information including CDT-specific changes.

MCNA has adopted new Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs). Our approved CPGs can be download from the Support and Downloads page in the Provider Portal, or from MCNA's website.

MCNA is hosting the following online webinar training sessions:

• 11:00am or 1:30pm: Corrected Claim Process

• 11:00am or 1:30pm: General Anesthesia for Members Ages 6 and Under

• 11:00am or 1:30pm: CHIP Presentation

As of June 27, 2023, two-factor authentication (2FA) is now required to log in to your Provider Portal account. This step adds an extra layer of security and helps to prevent unauthorized access. Please read our FAQ and step-by-step guide to learn more.
