As a committed partner in combatting fraud, waste, and abuse in the Medicaid Program, MCNA works to prevent and recover overpayments paid to providers. Please refer to our latest Provider Bulletin to learn more about your office's role in identifying and recovering overpayments.

A new version of the Texas Medicaid and CHIP Provider Manual is now available. You will find a summary of the changes for v1.23 in the Revision History located at the back of the manual. We encourage you to download a copy of the new Texas Provider Manual today at https://manuals.mcna.net/texas.

The Texas Office of Inspector General (OIG) provides resources for dental providers to help them avoid illegal dental solicitation and other prohibited activities under Texas Medicaid and CHIP. Visit the OIG provider resources page and look under the Dental section for this valuable information that can be shared with your entire dental office team.

Claims clearinghouse Change Healthcare recently experienced a cyber security issue that may have affected your practice's ability to submit patient claims and prior authorizations.
