Severe Weather Resources for Providers
Severe weather and natural disasters can result in difficulties accessing care. While dental care may not be a priority for those affected, MCNA ensures that access to care remains available for members with a dental emergency or those who require ongoing treatment.
Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Please call our Provider Hotline and let us know how long you think your office will be closed. Also, please call any MCNA members who have an appointment scheduled during this time period and reschedule them. Any answering service for your office should give information regarding this closure and explain how members can seek emergency care.
