The members of our executive team are experts. Many are longtime residents of Texas. They have worked with Texas Medicaid and CHIP members throughout their careers.
Our Executive Director is Dr. Philip Hunke. Dr. Hunke has lived in Texas for over 35 years. He is the former President of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Carlos Garcia is our Dental Director. Dr. Garcia has lived in Texas for over 15 years. He is the most recent Treasurer of the Texas Academy of General Dentistry.
Our Vice-Chairman of our Board of Directors is Albert Hawkins. Albert is the former Executive Commissioner for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC).
